Definition:
A cold sweet dish made from 2 cups of custard, whisked with 1 tbsp of gelatine with 1 cup of whipped cream added. This dessert is often served with different fruits, nuts, chocolate, and garnishes.
A bavarois can be made different ways.
A Bavarois made with matcha and fresh fruit . And who can forget chocolate ? :
