Horseradish sauce


This sauce has a light , creamy, piquant, peppery flavor which is spiced with just a hint of mustard. It is the classic accompaniment to roast beef, but is perfect too with herby sausages and grilled fish.
3 inch piece of horseradish, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp English mustard powder, 2/3 cup of heavy cream.
