Mexican Cheese Cotija :  Called Queso Anejo which translates to aged, this cured cow´s milk cheese has a strong salty taste. Often sprinkled as a finishing garnish, many Mexicans sprinkle on their corn on the cob. It is sort of similar to Greek Feta texture wise.
