Definition:
This an icing made of powdered sugar, egg whites and a few drops of lemon juice. It hardens when dry, making it a favourite for bakers/pastry chefs as it durable for decorations such as piping, leaves, and ornamental writing/scrolling. Food color and flavouring can be added.
