Definition:
Classic Greek Souvlaki: denotes a classic marinated boneless lamb seasoned with: fresh lemon juice, onion, tomato, green pepper, salt, other seasonings, Greek oregano  and black pepper. The traditional Greek preparation is grilling on flame skewered ( the meat is pierced on metal or wooden sticks ) and basted in marinade.
