This truffle is the most expensive, and the most appreciated gastronomically. Hailing from Piedmonte, Italy, its skin is an ocre tone with a whitish greyish interior with hues of pale ballerina pink.
This truffle is quite fragrant and aromatic and is used in haute cuisine worldwide.
