A dipping sauce derived from yogurt, garlic, cucumber, olive oil, and lemon juice. Usually served with calamari, souvlaki or gyros.
Note: other spelling are Tzadziki or Tsatsiki

it is simple seen done by a guy.
ingredients missing. I have seen it done with mint and dill fresh. and the guy in cherge of those dishes for the customers even did add a touch of cumin in at time.
but then the cucumber got to be salted and you have to extract the excess water and you have to sqeeze it as well.
