Hi everybody, I've been browsing for awhile and ready to make my introduction. My name is Dominick and I'm an Executive chef in PA but I live in New Jersey. You guys give great advice (which I always look forward to) and are a very diverse group. I graduated culinary school in 2000 and have never looked back. I hope i can be of service to you as I know you will be to me. I'll talk to you soon.

where are you at? I don't get out much since my job takes 98.9% of my time nd the rest is for my wife and three incredible kids. My wife and I are always looking for a nice place to go when we can sneak away.

Chef Dom, that didn't take long! You've already connected with someone nearby whom you didn't know. This place is like that.

Take some time to browse through the forums, articles, cookbook reviews, etc. Sign up for the e-newsletter, too. There's so much here!

not too far from dmitris... one of my favorite little places. I'm at the yardley inn in bucks county. our style is more of the basic country inn setting. food not over the top, we cater to the locals who definitly support us and we always stay busy. we try to do comfort food but more upscale. what's the name of the place you are at???
