Helloooooooo to everyone! My name is George and I am from Greece. I am not a chef.:chef: I am anything professional at all!:cry: I just love to cook for friends at home! I hope to learn more about cooking from this forum and to be honest.... I can't wait!!!! Hope for all to have a great time here. Always smile and never say that you are crazy enough. Yasu George, welcome to Chef Talk. Many of us, myself included, are not professionals in the culinary field but we all participate here and enjoy exchanging information and also having a bit of fun.

I have visited Greece and enjoyed the countryside, cities and islands. The freshness of the food was outstanding! What are your favorite dishes to prepare?
