Sweet Bread Dip?

Anyone have any good ideas or tips for a sweet tasty bread dip?

Im donig a roasted red pepper dip, a sundried tomatoe and cheese dip, and im looking for one more that is a sweet maybe a sugary one?

Bread and chocolate is a classic combination. In France you can easily buy croissant rolls with a small chunk of dark chocolate tucked inside before baking. They're called "pain au chocolat". Outrageous! I think it's the same dough as for the crescent-shaped ones.



You could find bread you think will taste good dipped in dark chocolate, fondue style perhaps, or cut up bites of croissants for dipping.:lips:

sweet bread dip

howdy,
what about a balsamic reduction? i make mine with 1 cup red balsamic vinegar, 1 cup sugar and 2 cups red wine(cheapo works!). reduce this by half. it will become syrupy as it cools..or perhaps a sweet curry-red pepper sauce?
