Mango Salsa

1 mango, peeled and diced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
4 tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 jalapeno, diced (with or without seeds)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 garlic clove, peeled and diced
Drizzle with:
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
In a large bowl, combine the first set of ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.

That sounds really good. I've had a different type of mango salsa that goes really well with fish. I think it was roughly the same, minus the avocado and tomato.

For Salmon, drop the avocado & tomatoes and substitute strawberries for the Mango.

I love mangoes and mango salsa so I must try this. I think I've tried a salsa before that had both mangoes and peaches. Very tasty.
