I wish I could remember the names of ANYWHERE we went while we were there, but "Vino Tinto" for 2 euro a liter tends to cloud the memory. If its your first time there, take my advice:
Avoid any establishment that has glossy pictures outside depicting Paella or Tapas -there is some type of "instant " Paella at the touristy bars , it's ****. Any good restaurant will make you make a reservations for Paella, try the traditional "Paella Valenciana" -rabbit and snails, mmmmm
The market in Valencia is a must, it basically as smaller version of the "Boqueria de St. Joseph" in Barcelona, the most amazing market I've ever seen.
Talk to the locals, go where they go.
Order the "Sepia" (cuttlefish) and drink cerveza by the "cana" a small 8 oz glass of beer -it stays cold that way.
Someday, I shall return....
nel maiale, tutto e buono!
