Rice wine vinegar

I need 1/2 a cup rice wine vineger. I have rice wine and I have several diffrent vinegars so can I make some? What would be the ratio?

use the vinegar mostly and then add a sploosh (it's more then a splash) of the sake.

Sometimes I sit and wonder what Escoffier would think of the deep fried twinkie.

This is late, but rice vinegar is roughly half as acidic as the standard vinegars.

more than taste fine
me eat it all the time
