Aren't Bluefish blue? Blue is one of the primaries in the triad: blue, yellow, red--all are equal in the painter's (and physics' eye). Even numbers represent stability; odd numbers aren't known as odd for no good reason--recall the expression: "odd man out". Go even.

I forgot the third "rule": probably for a good reason. No one ever got ahead doing what someone (who had the nerve to try something unique) accomplished before him.

Not to bring politics into the discussion but we visited the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport today--very sad moment.

Welllll, I'm not a dinosaur -- wrong species (see avatar). But from way back in those halcyon days o' youth I do remember George Carlin doing a little talk on why "there's no... blue... food." Here's how it appeared in a Saturday Night Live monologue: SNL Transcripts: George Carlin: 10/11/75: George Carlin Stand-Up II

Your really not trying to defy your teacher, so why not use a little play on words.

Create your dish with the even numbered presentation and plate it with a little blue cheese.

let us know what happens :)

I'm not a chef!

So please take any advice I give with a grain of salt (it'll taste better)

You could try a "Blue steak".This is a very rare steak, what they call just introduced to the flame.Very high fire,30 seconds-1 minute per side.B.T.W.,no even numbers is a superstision.Odd numbers like 7,11,21 are considered good luck.Even 13 was lucky till modern times.I know, too much trivia.

Good food,good meat.Good Lord,let's eat!
