The only time I've heard the term "primeur" is with early harvest wine.

I'd be glad to give you ideas if you can help me with what you mean by "garnis".

premier-small or young fruits or vegitables. i need some information on premier its self like where did it get its name, some dishes that it is in, where it came form, some different ways i can cook it, stuff like that. It just i have to write a one page about it and all i know is that it means small or young fruits or vegitables.

Never heard this terminology used. Veges are always refered to as baby. Ask your instructor to be more clear in what he or she wants. Or better yet, you look it up and maybe you will learn something. Don;t ask us to do your assignments.:chef:
