I've been learning Italian since the summer and i'm loving it, loving it. Gregor, my youngest has just taken it up for his Highers this year (Equivalent of A levels) and was sharing what he learnt when he got home. Although he photocopies his vocab and exercises, I got a bit impatient to learn and so he downloaded Linguascope for me from the school site and it's brilliant.
I did French at school. many moons ago and find this make some of it easier to soak in. Plus its very animated, so you learn to speak quite quickly. Rather than dwelling on grammer so much.

Anyway its just he and I now 'cos his brother's gone off the boil and his dad is about to learn Brazilian Portugese at work and needs to concentrate on that. ( He works on an FPSO tanker off shore in Brazil)

So is anyone else learning a language?

I was thinking, If anyone wanted to, maybe your kids have access to some kind of download you could get access too for free :thumb::thumb::thumb:...I like free.

Just thought i'd share

Arrivederci

Ps If you reply to this in Italian, speak sloooow.I'm just a learner HeHe!

Ciao Bella !

I am glad this thread is going, love it.....Hope you have much success.

Love is in your heart not to stay, but to be shared= l'amore si trova nel tuo cuore non per resarci, ma per essere condiviso

Spanish : (said to a man)

Te quiro y solamente usted

French: (said to a man)

L'amour est l'amite mise le feu et vous etes mon etincelle (ah, this would be for a man) sorry , I did not put accents.

Petals
Creme tangerine and Montélimar
A ginger sling with a pineapple heart....after the "Savoy Truffle".
