[Cake Lady]

Hello,

I have just joined the forum here and would like to say "hello" to everyone. I am a "retired" cake decorator but have always been interested in all aspects of the food world.

My cookbook collection is extensive and they provide me many hours of satisfaction when I read through them and try some of the recipes. I also enjoy reading the online newspaper food sections as they are always full of inspirational articles, as well as new recipes.

I look forward to reading others' comments here in this forum.
