I'm not a Chef (yet), however I have cooked in the top 2 fine dining restaurants in the city. Honestly I don't know why I do it - pay does suck, hours are horrible, it's incredibly stressful. Of course, you never go hungry, theres always a job available somewhere, and making good food is fun
