Flambe Dude, I assume you mean "creme brulee". Where have you looked so far?
This site has a great search feature. I recommend it highly! If you type "creme brulee" in it, you'll find a number of threads that discuss it, and I'll bet my toque there's a recipe in there somewhere. Try this one:

It's not that hard to make. You just have to be careful not to bake or cook the mixture (a custard) on high heat or try to do it too fast.
