I had the the pleasure to dine with Johnny thehat at Ducasse, let me tell you guys,the flavors were brilliant,the food had tons of fireworks going off in your mouth, some of the dishes were the best that i ever tasted.The desserts were even better, simply the best desserts, with hot and cold textures playing a big part of it.Don't forget its only money, and it was money well spent.
