I'm teaching at Southern Seasons....can't wait, it should be a blast.....I had to brush off a few shroom recipes, I'd not taught a wild mushroom class in a few years....good to get back in the saddle again.
I got to talk to the school director and she suggested Mama Dips, Crooks Corner, Elaine and absolutely Lantern....said they use local foods.
Fearrington got raves too.
Many times (often more) I am happier with great bbq than white table cloth dining. Guess it all depends on the day.
