Thanks for your feedback everyone... I agree moderation.. I personally wouldn't touch margarine and basically cook with butter and different oils.Here in crete they are still very much into margarine.. maybe they think it is less fatty than butter, therefore they think it is safe to use.. I really don't know what the trends going on here are.. but, when I cater, I know that I try to use fats sparingly, unlike what they are used to here. For the moment they seem to enjoy my food without the excess calories
