I think by now I've read all of Tony's books, including those mentioned above, the usual suspects ( Kitchen Confidential, A Cook's Tour, and The Nasty Bits), plus Gone Bamboo and Typhoid Mary. He's very entertaining. And it's clear that he knows whereof he speaks.
