Greeting from the East Coast! Hello everyone,
I am a private chef from the east coast of Canada. I am 39 years old and have been in been in the culinary industry for over 25 years. My first foray into the business was as a dishwasher in a small town cafe at the age of 12.
I love my job. Even after all these years I learn something new everyday and can't seem to wait for tomorrow. My cooking style is sort of off the wall...and something I try to describe as "fresh with a fusion twist" some Italian influences and a major in fresh fish & seafood. If that makes any sense at all.
I guess the bottom line is... never stop trying new things. I look forward to chatting with you all. |
