I am married, 1 adult son. I live in Memphis, Tennessee. And love to cook! My part-time job is “utility” at Viking Cooking School. “Utility” is just a P.C. way of saying dishwasher. I’ve done everything from dishwashing to assistant to the instructor. I have been there for 5 years now and absolutely love it. It is a real team environment. If Viking could afford to pay me what I need to make a living I’d quit my regular job in a heartbeat. I’ve had all of the technique classes that Viking offers and most of the classes on ethnic styles covering salad to desert. I collect autographed cookbooks. Given my job at Viking you can imagine my collection is growing rapidly. I am looking forward to being part of the community here.
