Can't get enought. Yes I make my own & I have my own sushimi knife just for that
Once a month at my cooking school we bring in a local fellow that is kinda known as the "godfather" of Memphis Japanese resturants, just to teach sushi. It is always sold out I love working with him because he always makes some extra for me.
