Well there are alot of different aspects that you will like and dislike in the foodservice industry, just as any other field! But I belive, if you have good, cooperative Managers and co-workers and you yourself are willing to offer simular reactions toward them you can work in a good and progressive environment! That's what should happen!!!! But unfortunatly, from what I've seen...I've only been able to experience 25,50, and 75% of that type of environment. Never really had a 100% perfect work environment! But like Shroomgirl said, and I belive also, that we need to explore different avenues of the industry to get the most out of it, and find what were searching for goal-wise and life-wise!
