I have learned alot w/alot of my ? already answered.Everyone seems like one big happy family trying to help eachother.I have a few ?.1.has anyone heard of orange county school of culinary arts in ca,and is there a big differance in getting a chefs certificate from a big school or a little school. 2.would it be better to work and get expierence and go to school p/t or go to school f/t then go to work
