I am 32 years old, and recently found out due to an injury that I ca no longer be a Plmber. I have always had an interest in cooking, almost finished my AS degree but left for plumbing. I am looking for insight on this change. I have catered parites for groups of 30-50 on my own and have a wide variety of cooking styles. I cook Cajun, Mexican, Italian and alll of the traditional American. I am wondering if I have to be schooled to become a chef. Please help.
