Apricot jam pork I don't eat fruit jam often, but I had some apricot jam on toast a few days ago. It was yum but also gave me a really bright idea. I could almost taste my idea, pork chops marinated in apricot jam and dried chilis. Now I made it and it's at least as good as I thought it would be.
Sauteed in olive oil with garlic. Portuguese olive oil, mind you.
