Penzey's spices in Wisconsin sells really fresh top-quality spices. Peppercorns? Ten kinds to choose from, plus some blends. Curry spices? Nine different blends, all distinct and delicious (and by the way, I grew up in India). Three kinds of saffron. They also are more than reasonable. I always order my spices from them unless I need them the same day--I'm in Oregon.
