Hey Oahu, I have a request. My favorite appetizer ever was one I had on Oahu, a Big Island specialty. A big piece of ahi tuna, marinated in some kind of tamari sauce with ginger, sesame oil and a bit of sugar. Seared on the outside and raw on the inside. That was the best I could tell by tasting it, didn't have the recipe, just my taste buds. Anything more you could tell me on how to make it? |
