It's been so long since I ate fast-food breakfasts! When I wasn't paying attention to fat and calories, I enjoyed the McDonald's Egg McMuffin. It seemed much less fatty than the Burger King breakfast croissants with sausage, cheese and egg. I had a few in my past and remember grease dripping out of them.
