I am new to Chef talk and found the site as I was looking for information about different wall ovens. I am an avid baker and feed lots of people each week which means that I do cook everyday! I have 4 kids with only one left at home. Glad to be here.
Mezzaluna, You said in a post that you have a GE convection oven that you like. Can you do multiple trays of cookies and have them all come out the same on convect or do you need to rotate trays part way through? |
