Got 3 boys aged from 14 - 30 Kept the low fat theme up-beat by using wraps. They're a great way of introducing salads/veggies/unusual fillings they might not normally try.
Also soup. To encourage mine to eat healthy vegetable soup i added a pinch of turmeric and called it golden veg - Worked a treat.
Best thing overall i found was NOT to tell them it was healthy, it just put them off.
By the way, after years of dieting i'm now very anti diets. Good luck with weight watchers, I know they have a great reputation.But if you only eat when your body tells you it's hungry and stop eating when your full it's a fool proof way of shedding the pounds. It may not sound so good to you but I've lost 1 1/2 stone since March that way, eating exactly what i want and i'm well pleased.I hear exercise helps too- working up to that bit. Signed up for the gym 6 weeks ago, been twice
