Hello Yellowdogs- welcome to Chef Talk.
I've only recently begun expanding my baking repertoire. I'm still rotating pans halfway through baking time (which I adjust downward as well as the temperature when I have the oven in convection mode). As I get to know the oven better and experiment with more recipes, I'll know more.
Stay tuned to the baking forums for more information. It's a better place to discuss this topic than here in the Welcome Forum, which has another function.
