I know the Chinese are working hard to get ready for the world to come and see the Olympics, so this kind of thing must be common in employee work rooms all over the country (on the left it looks like an "employee of the month" type bulletin board). I'd guess it's a clothing store, or a souvenir store that sells at least some clothing.
I know we have some people in this community who can translate this! Who's game to let us in on the whole story?
