Specialk, Call your local Culinary School, they'll give you a tour, lots of info you can use for your project, and one of the Culinary instructors will do an interview for you. All the Chefs at my school have over 20 years experience, and said they'd be more then happy to help someone considering the profession. Hopefully your local school will feel the same way.
