Culver's supposedly was voted the best hamburger chain in the country so they're celebrating today only. Their commercial shows them using a paint brush to brush on some butter on the inside of the top part of the bun.
Otherwise, they advertise that their meat is never frozen and ground fresh several times a day or something like that.
Never had one until acouple weeks ago. Not bad. Just a nice tasting regular hamburger, Ya really can't taste the butter much, but I've had far worse hamburgers from regular restaurants let alone "chain" restaurants. Even out in California, the "In and Out" burger I had didn't compare to this Culver's Butter Burger!
