That pot roast sounds outstanding!!!!!! Too bad "Wiscaaahhnson" is so far away.
It's DW and DD's GirlScout night tonight. And since never got to the store today.... it's a scavenge through things to scrape something together. Probably will end up with a plate of cheese and some crackers we bought at the Williamsburg Cheese shop last weekend.
Maybe a nice glass of vino (or three) from there as well.
