I'm thinking a Zuppa di Pesce or Paella, but with nice big fancy seafood in there, like big hunks of king crab, scallops, huge wild shrimp or prawns, etc., so made quite high-end and decadent. But I've gotta run at this moment.

Is seafood ok, or were you after fin fish only...
