I mainly cook for me and my wife, and it's usually Cajun oriented. Sometimes I'll just make something up, especially if we're broke, and have limited ingredients in the house. Usually turns out pretty good.

I've been a professional blues musician since I was 19, playing all the different flavors of blues. (guitar,harmonica, bass, vocals). I also teach guitar lessons.
