Peanut Butter 1 C ½ C

Cream together peanut butter, butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
Mix in eggs and vanilla essence.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Mix well.
Roll into balls and place evenly spaced on greased baking tray.
Press down with floured fork, making a cross in the middle.
Bake at 180 till done.
Cool and serve.
