I've only tasted Lift via Walt Disney World's Epcot theme park, as part of
Coca-Cola's "Club Cool" pavilion. I would imagine it could probably also be tasted at the World of Coke in Atlanta. But as far as it being available in the U.S., I don't think it is... at least under that name.
