Perhaps my favorite PN movie is Somebody Up There Likes Me. I also have a special fondness for The Hustler but thats greatly in part because of the other cast members, especially Gleason and Piper Laurie. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid gave lots of pleasure. And who can forget Exodus and Kesey's Sometimes a Great Notion?
Generally speaking, I liked many, if not most, of Newman's movies.
It's interesting to note that I have a personal connection to something or someone in all of these movies, and that may influence my feeling about them.
