Sounds like most Chinese restaurants in the US. I know of a great one locally that is owned by Koreans with Vietnamese wait staff and Hispanics & Russians in the kitchen. The place is usually packed with Chinese families, who love the place. We've definitely reached the point where it doesn't matter where you come from so long as you have someone that trains you well and shares the recipes. Which is great for me because if I could only make my own 'ethnic' food, I'd be living on burgers, potatoes and corn. Not bad for a while but I definitely prefer some variety!
