 Where do you buy your fish (in Los Angeles)?
I live in Los Angeles, CA, and usually buy meat from Gelson's or Whole Food.
However, I find it very hard to find more than the classic fishes, even in those two stores. I have no problem finding Halibut, Salmon, Swordfish, Tilapia, Trout and Whitefish... but what about Turbot? Red Mullet? Where do I go? |
