Id go give Nobu a try.... ive heard very good things from fellow cooks and ive read a bunch about Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. His approach on the food he cooks intrigues me and once i get the funds and time to travel 6 hours to NYC ill be eating there with a big smile on my face. |
