I missed the crop of fiddlehead ferns this year in my garden- too busy doing my paying job
As Dillbert says treat them like asparagus, steam/ poach, lots of butter, pepper, squeeze of lemon, or maybe some hollandaise sauce, poached egg, they come up a treat. Nice appetiser, or serve with fish, or anything you like to serve asparagus with.
