Thanks everyone for the advice I am a little nervous about the fact that this is it... I am finally going into a kitchen and I am going on a hot line. Someone said that I am not qualified and I know that is the truth, which is why I am nervous as all get out. I really want to do well. I have wanted to work in a kitchen since I was a kid and now I finally am and I feel like I am unprepared...
Could anyone give me any advice as to what I should do and since I have never worked a fryer maybe a few hints there too?
